Tata Sierra Makes a Grand Comeback — Modern Tech Meets Iconic SUV Heritage

Tata Motors has officially reintroduced the legendary Sierra in India with the all-new 2025 Tata Sierra, marking the return of one of the nation’s most iconic SUV nameplates after more than two decades. The new Sierra was launched at an attractive starting price of ₹11.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and is positioned in the highly competitive mid-size SUV segment.

The Sierra blends classic design cues — like its upright stance and signature large glass area — with a modern, rugged yet premium look, including full-width LED lighting, 19-inch alloy wheels, flush door handles, and a contrasting roof finish.
Inside, the cabin leaps into the future with a futuristic triple-screen dashboard setup, combining a digital instrument cluster, central infotainment display, and a dedicated passenger-side screen. Comfort and tech are enhanced with a panoramic sunroof, connected car technology, ventilated seats, wireless charging, and a 12-speaker JBL audio system with immersive sound.

Under the hood, Tata offers three efficient engines — a 1.5 L naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.5 L Hyperion turbo-petrol, and a 1.5 L Kryotec diesel — paired with manual and automatic gearbox options. The SUV also features advanced safety including Level-2 ADAS, six airbags, and robust body structure for improved protection.
Bookings are open now, with deliveries slated to begin from mid-January 2026 — making the Sierra a fresh, tech-rich, and stylish contender for SUV lovers across India.
